Farmed until 25 years ago, the Kashong
Conservation Area comprises a network of
fields in various stages of reforestation.
There is also a deep gully fed by a seasonal
creek and natural springs running through the
property down to Seneca Lake. The higher
elevations provide fine views of the lake. A
series of trails have been created on the
property perfect for hiking, running, bird
watching, and skiing. |
