FREE PAPER SHREDDING DAY & CHILD SAFETY PROGRAM AT FINER LAKES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

To prevent ID Theft, we will provide free paper shredding service on May 9th, at our Main Office, 27 Seneca Street, Geneva.

In order to accommodate the many who attend, we ask that guidelines by observed:

·         Hours the shredding truck will be on site (rear of building) are from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

·         No plastic bags

·         Please use returnable boxes or containers

There’s more!  We will also provide a Child Safety Program ~ Operation Safe Child during this time presented by Ontario County Sheriffs. Bring your child to receive the Operation Safe Child card.  This Program will be offered on site (rear of building).

The cards contain a child's name, biographical information (date of birth, gender, height, weight, hair color, eye color, etc.), and a fingerprint image of both index fingers. The card is made in less than two minutes and can be easily carried in a wallet or pocketbook. Interested parents can choose to store the fingerprints, basic biographical information and photographs of children who are not missing -- information critical to expediting the return of a missing child.

Please contact Ginny Bauer at the Credit Union at (315) 781-1334 ext. 121 for further details.
